Online Program

For the first time Seattle Yiddish fest is trying to present some online programming. Unfortunately due to technical possibilities we will only be able to share a limited amount of programming with those who can't join us in person, but there is still an array of things that will be streamed from our classrooms and lecture series, as well as the closing concert!

What can be seen online?

Several programs from March 6, 9 & 10 will be available online.

March 6: An Evening with Michael Wex: A streamed version of the in person program with the New York Times Bestselling author.

March 9: Multiple classes, including some of the vocal programming, arts and culture classes. Unfortunately instrumental music workshops are hands-on and not available online. All these classes are marked in yellow on the SCHEDULE.

March 10: Full lecture series (see the schedule here) and the closing concert will be available online.

How does it work?

Please register for the online program using this link. Before the program starts you will receive an email with a link to the zoom meeting where we will stream events.

For workshops where there are two simultaneous options we will use breakout rooms and the zoom host will help get you to the right one. Participants may join for the whole program or just drop in into classes you are interested in. We are asking for a donation of $10 – $20 per workshop or $50 – $150 for both days. The final concert is a separate stream with $15 fee. If you would like to attend but can't fit this in your budget we offer a pay what you can option as well.

All full in person pass holders can access the online classes as well.
